  • Food Waste 2025

    January - Present Day

  • Mission

We are a company creating convenient based solutions with sustainability at its core. Our mission is to make our consumers lives easier in the kitchen and a more enjoyable experience. We want to help reduce global household food waste and create a more sustainable and practical lifestyle for everyone. Elsa ai enhances your kitchen using a range of products and services which increase convenience and reduces food waste.

    Challenges

The first step is to create greater awareness of what is causing high amount of food waste in our homes and provide a convenient solution.

Our solution is to create an expiry date monitoring app. The second part of step 1 is to implement consumer kitchen-based products which speedup the cooking process.

Depending on how climate change plays over the next few years along with data from 2023 and 2022. Its important to have climate change resistant strategies for greater security. One of the problems with producing food through traditional methods is once the water hits the ground it will seep into the soil and any surface water will be subject to evaporation. As a result you loose control of the water used.

Imagine if you had more control of the water needed for food production such as being able to collect the water and store it. The system would only use solar power and would be in the form of micro and commercial bio-domes specifically for producing food. There would be home and commercial kits available to consumers.

Devices which conserve water and use solar power would be a good start for food production, especially since there are challenges around food security, food sustainability, and water issues resonating around climate change. We need to be able to provide viable cost effective solutions for consumers which are sustainable and eco-friendly.
